Biography

Gregory Phelps is a senior vice president and portfolio manager at MFC Global Investment Management (U.S.), LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Phelps joined John Hancock in 1995 and has worked as an investment professional since 1989. Previously, Mr. Phelps was a vice president and portfolio manager at Spectrum Asset Management. Prior to joining John Hancock, he was a supervisor of stock transfer at U.S. Surgical Corp. and director of corporate relations at the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Phelps holds a B.A. in economics from Clark University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

Mark Maloney

Biography

Mark Maloney is a vice president and portfolio manager at MFC Global Investment Management (U.S.), LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Maloney joined John Hancock in 1982 and held several positions in investment operations and financial reporting before joining the investment staff in 1997. Prior to joining John Hancock, Mr. Maloney spent seven years at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Maloney holds a B.S. in accounting from Northeastern University.
